We offer packing, moving, household shifting, office relocation, and transportation services across India. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings require advance payment or deposit. Full payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about items to be moved. Prohibited items (e.g., inflammables, liquids, pets) are not allowed. You are responsible for securing valuables.

4. Liability and Insurance

We take care but are not liable for damage due to unforeseen events (e.g., accidents, natural disasters). Basic insurance is included; additional coverage is recommended. Claims must be filed within 7 days.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site is owned by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Durgapur courts.
